We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy covers our websites, funnels, client portal, and the website, SEO, Maps SEO, AI Search and Google Business Profile services.
When you enter a website address into one of our free checks, we record that address, what our systems read from that page, and any name, email or mobile you give us. We use it to produce your report and to contact you about it and about our services. Entering an address is how you give us that permission, and it is set out in our terms.
You can stop it at any time: reply stop to any message, use the unsubscribe link on any email, or email admin@veloce.marketing and we will delete your details. We never sell them.
To deliver and improve the services you asked for, to send service messages (reports, approvals, replies), and, where you have enquired or opted in, marketing messages. Every SMS honours STOP and every marketing email has an unsubscribe, per the Spam Act 2003.
Only processors needed to run the services: Stripe (payments; we never store card numbers), Twilio (SMS), our cloud database and hosting providers, email delivery providers, and data or AI providers used to run checks and produce content (for example Google services, DataForSEO, Anthropic, OpenAI based endpoints, Apify). We do not sell personal information.
Stored credentials are encrypted at rest and access to them is logged. We keep information while you are a client and as long as needed for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or de-identify it. Some providers may process data outside Australia.
We use the Facebook pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, and the cookies it sets to measure our own advertising: whether someone who saw one of our ads went on to visit us, run a free check or sign up.
When it runs, it sends Meta the address of the page you are on (on our check pages that can include the website address being checked), your IP address and browser details, a cookie that identifies your browser, and a note when you take one of these steps on our sign up pages: starting a free check, starting a trial, going to checkout and completing a purchase, with the plan price. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy. We use it only to measure and improve our advertising.
How to opt out. Press Decline on the notice on veloce.marketing, or No thanks on the line at the bottom of a sign up page, and the pixel stays off in that browser. We remember your choice with a cookie called veloce_consent for 180 days; to change your mind, clear the cookies for our site and the notice comes back. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings, choose how Meta uses your information in your Facebook ad preferences, or opt out of interest based advertising at youronlinechoices.com.au.
On veloce.marketing and on our free scan page we use our own tool, Veloce Insights, to see how people use our pages so we can make them clearer. With each visit it records:
It never records what you type. Every form field is hidden in the replays, and so is anything you typed, any email address and any phone number when the page shows it back to you. For forms we keep only how long you spent in each field, how many times you went into it, whether you left it empty, the last field you used and whether the form was sent.
Watching a visit live, and chat. Someone on our team can watch a visit while it happens, with the same fields hidden. They may then say hello: a chat window opens on the page and tells you a real person is connected, and it stays with you as you move between pages. You can answer it or close it. If you write in the chat, we keep the messages for 90 days. Whether or not you chat, our team may also note who you are against your visits, so we know you if you come back: your name, contact details, company, tags and their own notes, with the date of the earliest visit we hold from you, where that visit came from (the site, campaign or ad that sent you, and the page you arrived on) and how many times you have visited. That note is kept until you ask us to delete it, and deleting it also deletes your visits.
It sets no cookies: it keeps a random visitor number in your browser’s local storage, and a visit number that ends after 30 minutes without activity. This information is held in our Cloudflare account, in Cloudflare’s Oceania region, is seen only by our team, and is deleted automatically after 90 days, except a note our team has made of who you are (described above), which is kept until you ask us to delete it. You can ask us to delete your visits sooner using the contact details below.
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing at any time: text +61 468 078 885 or email hello@veloce.marketing. If you are unsatisfied with our response you can complain to the OAIC.
